The Hawk Quarterly

It's time for another issue of The Hawk Quarterly! In the April issue, we will be focusing on the holiday celebrations and fun adventures that our students have outside of school.  In keeping with our motto of "We All Belong," please send in photos of your family celebrations from this year--anything from Hanukkah to Christmas, Lunar New Year to Holi.  We would also welcome photos of your kids enjoying themselves with friends and family.  Do they like skiing?  Dancing? Running? Reading? Painting?  Send us your favorite photos of your Hawks, whatever they might be doing at home.

Please send photos to Jane Reynolds at janearey11@gmail.com by Wednesday, April 7.  Please be sure that your captions include the name of your child and their grade/teacher's name.

Thanks!

The Kindness Rocks Project

"The Kindness Rocks Project" Night on Thursday, April 28 from 6:15-7:30 PM (outside, weather permitting)

Harrington School will be again participating in the International “The Kindness Rocks Project" and creating beautiful rocks to spread around our school community and beyond! This year, a special addition will be participating in the "Kindness Rocks and Smiles Community Project" to create a banner with uplifting messages and pictures to be hung at Harrington!

Register for this great family community event through your Membership Toolkit account ($5 per family). 5th Grade Graduation Committee are selling pizza for the event (pre-pay for your pizza through your Membership Toolkit account). Registration ends on April 8 to allow time to purchase and pre-paint the rocks.

If you are interested in volunteering to help at the event (set-up, mod podge table, clean-up), please email Mrs. Angela Carpenter (Music Specialist) at acarpenter@lexingtonma.org. THANK YOU!
