PTA Expense Reimbursement Form

We recommend you log in to your Membership ToolKit account before submitting the form if you are already a member of Harrington Elementary PTA.

  • Please populate all the fields. More details will help process things faster.
  • Reimbursement requests must include itemized receipts attached to the form prior to submission.
  • Please do not include personal expenses on the same receipt as PTA-related expenses. Each reimbursement request should be for PTA-related expenses only.
  • To help us manage PTA budget, expense reimbursement request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for reimbursement.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the reimbursement. If you need a reimbursement sooner, email us and make a request.
